£190 still available - If You Are About To Buy From Ra-Pha Crikey, how much

Post by Escape Goat »

I have £190.00 in vouchers that I'm struggling to use. This could almost pay for my new Garmin Inreach I want, once the Spot is sold.

Please give me a shout if you want to spend my £190.00 and give me £190.00 instead. Long shot, otherwise I'll just keep hold until an archive sale has stock.

I don't know if this should have been in classifieds, so apologies if it should.

Thanks.

Being a nosy old sod I'm intrigued where the vouchers came from  .

I got some vouchers emailed to me yesterday - £75. I'm taking part in the C19 "test survey" thingy - got roped in at random along with Mrs Perrin - and you get a voucher each time you submit a swab. Very nice, everybody else seems to be having freebies thrown at them (you know, £50k "loans" then the receiving company "suddenly" goes bankrupt, that type of thing... or £100m lobbed to C19 PPE "suppliers" run by Cummings' auntie who only have 5p in the bank and one employee... money well spent...), so I reckon it's my turn. Sadly they give you an authorised list of places where you can spend them and try as I might I just couldn't find backpackinglight.co.uk, ultralightoutdoorgear.co.uk, phdesigns.co.uk, bbb.co.uk, or joesbikepackingstuff.co.uk on there; only supermarkets and boring shops like that.

So likewise, if anyone wants a Morrisons £75 voucher, bung me a PM please  .

Still got these vouchers, I'd like a new GoPro, the £190 would go well towards it, let me know if you're considering purchasing from them and we can work it out.

My mum used to give my kids vouchers for Christmas and birthdays, when they got teenagery my daughter described them as 'money, but with strings attached'.

Haha. I'd have preferred a £190 note!

I am sorry but this is of no help to you selling your vouchers, but I have just googled £100 note and to my surprise they are still legal tender in both Scotland and Ireland.
£190 notes were not mentioned though!
