If you are talking an actual hill / mountain / munroe / corbet try the Glen Shee area either side of the A93. You can get up the Cairnwell and Cairn Aosda on the ski area access tracks and they have the benefit of starting at the top of the UK's highest public road. Glas Maol is to the east of the A93 and you can get up this via the Monega Pass out of Glenisla. The OS only shows a single track but there is a landrover track right up and over Little Glas Maol at 973m. Or you can bag Cairn of Cleise at 1072m and follow double track all the way to Glen Callater.

Slightly south and east of the ski centre, accessed from the Spital of Glenshee is Glas Tulaichean which has a double track all the way to the summit at 1051m

North and west a bit into the Cairngorms is Carn Ban more - a classic circuit from Glenfeshie. Double track all the way to the top and a single track descent. If you are up for some walking then Cairngorm and Ben Macduibh are all 'bikeable' with a moderate amount of hike a bike.

Assuming you mean actual summits and not just "getting up near the top of a mountain"...

Carn a Chlamain in Glen Tilt.

Sgor Gaoith in Glen Feshie south of Aviemore. Go up the big landie track before you reach the Ruigh Aiteachain bothy, across the plateau to Carn Ban Mor and then Sgorr Gaoith. Descend directly down to Achlean Farm. (Mullach Clach a Bhlair is basically on the same route)

I was up there a few weeks ago

Cairngorm via the ski road, car park and ski access to the Ptarmigan. Then there's a track leading past the Marquis's well that gets you to the summit.

Burma Road climb from Aviemore then "off piste" to the summit of Geal Charn Mor (there are various other minor summits around here that have good tracks up to/close to the summits).

Various summits along the hills on the West side of the A9 near Tomatin. A mix of estate tracks and new windfarm tracks.

Up the Bealach na Ba to the top, then the access track to the mast on Sgurr a Caorachain
