What are you drinking now?

Post by Jurassic pusher »

To copy a similar, non bike packing related thread.
Well tonight as it is Saturday, I had a large (660ml) bottle of Super Bock beer from Portugal to remind me of last years holiday.
Nice.

I've turned the rock and roll up to eleven this morning with BOTH a pint of water with summer fruits Berocca AND a glass of almond milk, protein powder, banana and blueberries - boom!

A nice cup of tea, made in a pot, brought to me in bed by my lovely wife. Living the dream.

Cue Stu posting 'tea' every ten minutes :-bd

Reg: at this precise moment, er, 'tea'. Medium strong/weak, reasonably milky, half teaspoon of honey, stirred twice anticlockwise. (edit: snap Charlie)((and probably everyone else at 8.30 Sunday..))

Just polished off a 4 cup cafetiere of Marley Buffalo Soldier, should get me through my DIY chores today

Last night was a selection of fine ales from Vocation brewery with a couple of cheeky bourbons to finish.

Sounds like a Tommy Cooper trick does that  .

Or, impressively, five cups drunk at the same time!

Tomorrow's mission, should we choose to accept it: find (*) Market Bosworth Brewery. As always, should we or any of our BBB Force be caught or killed, the Boss will disavow any knowledge of our actions.

(*) it's in Stoke Golding (**) not Market Bosworth! Presumably the Stoke Golding Brewery is in Market Bosworth.

(**) and it's closed Mondays. That wasn't much of a mission.

Post ride beer.

Local IPA, produced, fermented, bottled just 1.5 km from home.
Yet yeast and hops aren't from here.

Brewdog Choco Libre - Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout

It's got a nice heat to it, I assume from chilli. Good job I only bought one as very easy drinking but also 8.2%, my pre-scotland abstinence is long over
