Pretty sure that’s the same as a cheapie I bought on eBay. Very solid in use.

Four old reflector mounts and a bit of plastic "handlebar" that was actually the packing/display material for a set of TT bars. All bits just floating around in the garage. It has the advantage that the bar is 31.8mm and I can pack some bits inside it.

Great stuff. I have decent bolts at home, I'll probably try making one at some point too.
