Been a couple of years since I set a tyre up tubeless. What's the go to tubeless tape now? (Please ...not gorilla tape, not still not again ... ) 25mm rim BTW.

Get some Tesa from fleabay. Very very good

Kapton tape, also from eBay. very cheap, very light.
Re: Quick one: what's good in tubeless tape these days
i get tessa tape from ebay - in various widths - its just over a tenner for enough for about 6-8 wheels £5 for enough for two
Re: Quick one: what's good in tubeless tape these days
Another Tessa Tape vote here. I've got 24mm internal width rims, but could only find 27mm tape from Croatia. Just did two overlapping wraps with the next width down. The roll is massive, can't see me ever finishing it...
There are theories at the bottom of my jargon.

May satan walk with you

Same here. Just get the width right for your rims.
