What's my pedal?

Post by Mariner »

Just looking for a service kit for V12 pedals and ran across one offered by Online Bearings at a reasonable cost.
Problem is they offer two types the V12 and the V12 v2. I have had a look on the box they came in - three years ago ? - and it has nothing even describing the contents other than a small notice I had never seen before
saying 'daylight use only'.

Is there an easy way to identify which issue of pedal I have so I can get the right kit?

mmmmm? That's something to reflect on....

No idea the answer to your question though but given how long the pedals have been around and that yours are only 3 years old I'm guessing they'd be v2 (version 2). Not a lot of help really, sorry :-bd
We go out into the hills to lose ourselves, not to get lost. You are only lost if you need to be somewhere else and if you really need to be somewhere else then you're probably in the wrong place to begin with.

The one on the right that's it exactly except mine have black inserts or perhaps it's just dried blood.
Thanks for that I never knew there were two versions.

The v2 were brought out to be more like the vault, bigger platform on them

I know this as I put the v2 V12 on my Solaris when I got it in 2014.

That is of course the clue to the actual answer. No where to fit reflectors on the MK2 (just in case you wanted that pointing out  )
