A word of warning (Welsh, Scottish, Irish and Northern Irish viewers can look away now)

I went out on an 8 hour ride today without putting on sunblock. The weather forecast was overcast, rain and 16-18 degrees. So, I thought I won't need it. Wrong!

Back of neck especially is feeling rather sore.
