Royal Mail Pricing Madness

Post by Ray Young »

So during lockdown I've been selling bits and pieces I no longer have use for on eBay. Royal Mail wanted £12 to post a pair of handlebars so I sent them by courier for £2.90. Later I sold a pair of 29er wheels. The courier wouldn't take them as they were too big. Took them post office, £13 signed for. How mad is that.

I send stuff out most days Ray and the sizing / weight / price structure still makes little sense on most of them

I use Royal Mail but book through parcel2go as it's much cheaper, they
Block book parcel space off R.m and it's sooo much better, book, print label,
Drop off at P.office, recently sent a parcel shelf off a Freelander 1 I'm breaking
To the Ukraine with them, far cheaper than anyone else :-bd
