Hmm, looks interesting - wonder how permanent the repairs would be with glueless patches. Also interesting is a 29+ size - Odd given Schwalbe don't actually do a 29+ tyre.

Bar flex is undervalued..
One of the reasons I like 25.4mm bars. I appreciate they can still be made very stiff if you wanted but I tend to think they're generally a little more forgiving.

Good find.

The + tube is rated for 62 - 75 mm.
Their 29er Magic Mary, Big Betty, Nobby Nic and a few others come in at up to 2.6" or 65 mm (according to Schwalbe, in reality 2.6" = 66 mm). I'll leave it to others to say if that's a 29+ size or not, but they seem to have the tyres to go with their own tubes.
Also quite a few Schwalbe 27.5 tyres go up to 2.8" which is equal to 71 mm.
But who knows, perhaps Schwalbe will be releasing some 29 x 2.8" tyres...

Hopefully schwalbe will sort a better repair system out. Otherwise FAIL!

I'm not really seeing the point with these new tubes really ... I understand the perceived benefits but I still don't really see the point

Unrepairable is a major weakness in any tube system.

I've always wondered if having a wider "cleat" might make HAB easier, but appreciate this might just be extra slippery.

I'd be interested to see how these work and pricing, might be a fun novelty to try when they're released.

I love marketting guff and that is a beauty.
And the longer I pedaled, the stronger the attachment became.

They look interesting.
Would the large magnet which looks like it would be in contact with the ground not be really slippy walking on rock?
I wonder how it all works covered in a good layer of winter slop.

I think the magnet is in the pedal and the clear is just a metal plate. I imagine it would be slippy but the reduction in stones getting caught would be an advantage and I imagine a bit of slop wouldn’t stop it working so it might be ideal for days with a lot of getting off to go through muddy gate entrances.

Sam at Singular is working on one too.

Maybe someone will make one that makes some kind of sense to me : )

Not sure, there were some pics on Singular IG. OS HT and lugs I think - eclectic combos in the way he manages to pull off well.

Always liked the old Gryphon but never got one, would be interested to see a new one if it happens...and lugs sound cool!

Anyway, here's a new release that will surely excite the boner cognoscenti, and those who bandy about the term 'hipster' like it belongs in a spitoon

$120 arse pouch, $220 flannel shirt, $50 stem cell attachment. I did initially think it was a tartan blanket holder...

A waist pack? Gives me gut ache thinking about carrying all that on a belt. Used to have a camelback waist pouch and it was almost unusable with the 1.5l bladder full (the bag's bladder, not mine)

I do like Swift's stuff though. Pricey but really nice.

Oh for sure, their stuff looks very nicely made, if pricey. I'd certainly have one of their bar bags if I needed one or had the money. I know what you mean about that much around the waist...and extending the weight outwards seems a bit odd. Anyway, i'm sure a picnic blanket will come along at some point, then it's time for a wicker seatpack...
