rockshox seatpost service and play??

So i bought the 200hr service kit for my stealth andive just fitted it. Anyone else done this and if so is it still normal in the seat post to have some slight sideways back and forth play? the old brass keys were worn and these news one are tighter i just assumed the play would dissapear but seems not, i also replaced the bush to inside. tomorrow i will see if the knocking noise has dissapeared fingers crossed it has!!
