My Arcteryx have started a slight delamination process and contacted the seller for a repair. They've decided to process a return instead. Don't fancy sending em back as they're, 'oh soooo comfy', and I doubt I'd ever be able to stretch to full price for another set (got em for about £90 I think)..

Anyone got any suggestions on what to use to reattach and stop the delaminating sections getting worse. I have some fabric glue as well as epoxy. Epoxy would probably be too stiff but the fabric glue might not be robust enough as its a tough area to keep stuck together...





Without doubt, best shoes I've ever worn. The delamination might be contributed from excessive cleaning with hardcore wipes...

I've used this for shoe repair in the past with good success. Even managed to fix a puncture in the kids beach ball with it!

ShoeGoo recommendation here, although when I fixed my Timberlands I didn't do a particularly neat job!

Nah... delam. Ben... they're ace and amazingly breathable. The grey material must be breathable and it seems to be welded (or cheaper method!) to the black main sections

another for shoogoo - gives a flexible repair which is essential in a shoe IME

The GTX layer is in the sock/bootie (don't know what version you have), so the outer can get damaged and your feet will remain dry. The uppers are all welded, the only glue Arcteryx uses in their shoes attaches the sole to the boot.
