Well there's your problem right there Sean! Never try to pitch a tarp unless you've had at least two ales  .

After 3 hours on the trainer I'm pitched and having a brew. I'm heading out soon. Big thanks to the Mrs for getting me to get my arse into gear and get out.

While we’re all sitting around the virtual camp fire does anyone think I could poach an egg in a tin of cullen skink?

Eh? I had the whole password failure thing. Tried it with Tim but ended on Wotsapp video call as he said. Yah, try again in May!

Well I managed to find my way to my bivvy spot, which I suppose is no big surprise since I did exactly the same ride last week or whenever it was. Enjoyed a nice Whatsapp chat with Tim too, and now relaxing by the fire with a good book. It really is very strange bivvying so near to home. In fact, it feels just like being at home for some reason. Everything seems to have merged into a sort of confusing house/bivvy fusion situation, with random bits selected from both places. Yes, the standard lamp is plugged in and on. How else could I see to read?

ImageHouse/bivvy? Bivvy/house? My head is spinning.

If I forget how to get home, at least I'll have some nice reading material to keep me happy until I'm rescued.

A chair, a fire, a book, a beer, a painting. What more could a Boner need.

Bit of overlap with the fusion - got two fireplaces for some reason. The HoneyStove is kicking out a load of heat - must be the coal/wood combo - I took the wood for the bivvy and the coal was for the fire in the house! Plenty of coal left in the scuttle for an all-nighter anyroad.

Top work sir!

Cheers gents. It's a very strange world at the moment and I figure the only way to cope with it is to out-strange it.

Hope everyone else is having a great evening out there! This must be the wierdest BBB event ever. :-bd

It's gone all dark here and I can't see properly, but that, H.O.T., looks just like an egg cracked into some porridge. Are you absolutely sure it's edible? Just don't come back in the morning and blame us if you don't make it to the netty in time.

Tim says he's gone to sleep. I think we've tipped him over the edge. This was a brilliant idea Tim, hats off to you cobber. This sort of stuff is what gets us through it.

I'm working on a four-poster bed for May. There'll be letters in the 'paper again, I know there will.

PS> I like the way you've edited your sig, 'Goat. All that's left is the bourbon biscuits. At least we've got them.
