Has anyone got any alternative contact details for Andy at backcountry? I’ve been trying to contact them for 2 1/2 weeks.
We’re all individuals, except me.

Same here iv been trying to call them gave up in end and just placed order over internet was dispatched straight away and arrived in 3 days :0)

same here Mike, problem was my payment method was rejected so I re-ordered and ended up with two frame bags!
