Sausage shaped dry bags

Post by voodoo_simon »

New bike means my existing setup won’t quite work, could get away with a biggish dry bag on the front of my (rigid) salsa el mariachi. Switching to my Trek Procaliber with bouncer forks, means I need a smaller dry bag or at least one that is not square/rectangles shaped

So in short, I need a narrow and long dry bag, so what sausage shaped, 12L ish dry bags are there?

I've always found Lomo to be longer / thinner.

Revelate Saltyroll - https://backcountry.scot/product/revela ... saltyroll/ Can't remember, or be bothered to convert, 925cu to proper units. Fits the Wildcat Lion harness and the straps on that don't quite match the loops on the Saltyroll but they do slip through.

Yup, I have a Lomo sausage. Much longer/thinner than the Alpkit equivalent. :-bd

Cheers, looks like Lomo for the win :-bd

Had a look and it’s double the price on amazon compared to their own website

Another vote for the Lomo double ended. Not light but very tough and a good shape.

"Free" postage on Amazon for double the price  #hiddencosts.
