So what (if any) are your trip plans for the rest of the year? Any real epics planned or a couple of sub 24 hour local trips?
My list at present looks something like.
2 night Bear Bones 200 scouting/finalising ride ... this weekend
Radnor ring trip.
Couple of 1 night trips with customers.
A few random overnighters ... which may include a re-run of last years stupidly cold yet very funny STW winter bivvy trip. :D
1 or 2 Mach N Back scouting trips.

Re: Trips - what you got planned?
nothing planned until I can get back on the bike :(
I am hoping to be ready to 'get my pride back' on the Winter bivvy with all my kit sorted over the past year and the lumo yellow HT and oversize panniers banished to the past!!

My 3-day stag bivvy trip to lakes next Friday Location is still undisclosed!
It has been a brilliant year so far, my kit only just gets chance to get dry and packed away before it's been out again.

Re: Trips - what you got planned?
No big'uns planned as I'm short on leave. Off to the Pyrenees next week and the Himalayas in October, unfortunately neither involve bikes or bivvies (both involve Ultramarathons and hotels instead)
So, yeah. Just picking up weekends when and where I can. Would be interested in a winter bivvy trip, though!

Wales next week, 200k off road route a few weeks later, Alps, weekend wild camping with some old climbing friends. Winter is coming, a better time of year to be outdoors :)
