Advice again pls

so... I have some 29er wheels with boost hubs (sonder) on my go to bikepacking bike. I want to put them on my full sus as 29 would suit that better than the 650b+ it currently has, then I can justify new (or new to me) lighter wheels for the bikepacking bike.
Problem is alrhought front wheel fits fine, the 29 rear wheel however is qr 142 boost but the spacing on the full sus is 148 12mm bolt through.
What I want to know is if it's possible to get end caps that would fit that difference in size?

It will be 141 QR boost. So just as 142 through axle hubs are 135 quick release with different adaptors, so 148 through axle hubs are 141 qr with adaptors. If they are Sonder wheels recommend you email Sonder to see if they can do the adaptors.
