SRAM Rival 1 Mech with Sean mtb shifter

Post by dlovett » Wed Feb 19, 2020 10:09 am

Does anybody know if you can use a Sram Rival 1 rear mech 1x11 with the seam mtb flat bar shifters 1x11? I have a spare rival 1 rear mech and cassette I would like to use in a mtb and 1x11 shifters are quite cheap on eBay.

Cheers

I assume SEAM is autocorrect for SRAM
NO

https://sram.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/artic ... road-bike-

You can use the Sram Sl Apex Trigger 11 Speed Rear shifter though which should be sub £20

EDIT: I did orignially say I thought they were all compatible but removed it to add to clarity [ rather than cover my error]

I also think the SRAM 11 speed is all compatible, drop and flat bar.

As a singlespeeder I find the SEAN MTB shifter somewhat offensive
