Yep, first day of a welsh spring.

To be honest it was heavy this morning, but nothing to write home about. I'm up north, top of the amber warning area. In the b*llend area.

Aye, it's pretty much a re-run of last weekend. Gale force winds and plenty of water.

Hilarious! Stu is certainly interestingly located on that 'map'...

Cock aside, it's starting to flood fairly badly here. God knows what it'll be like in the morning.

Just up to the right of that in Merseyside....

Today there's been hardly any wind a few gusts but that's it and the odd bit of "Bear Bones event" type rain but it's nothing compared to last weekend.

Not really gales or torrential rain here, just windy and pishing it down. Sloshed round a 50 miler and it was pouring out me pants by the end....

Yeah, I was going to be heading across the bridge for a party tonight... I reckon I made the right decision not to go.

Char had better get the fish out of the pond into the bath just incase they swim off.

We actually emptied a fair bit of water out ready for the deluge.

Another weekend trip cancelled due to another bloody storm named after an OAP.

As I left the Eigiau cottage this morning, thankfully it was only rain falling from the sky. I dread to think how we would have made it back to the car otherwise! However I think that big knob pushed me over as I hit the deck after a sudden gust!

Nice one summittoppler.
All I managed was a walk across b&qs carpark in Rhyl today. Not out of my comfort zone... but still exciting 💨

For any of you storm chasers out there. From experience... it’s not type two fun.. it’s more a case of being thankful for surviving a stupid idea.. just saying... 😉

"Red" balls this morning. Everywhere in the south-east corner of the Principality full to overflowing, surface spillage everywhere

I'm slightly gutted that I didn't think to put an event on.

Yep, great opportunity missed there! And a choice of two weekends too - could even have been a split figure-of-eight ride over both weekends :-bd
