WRT 20 Dads & Lads?

Post by Artie Fufkin »

Morning all,
Just wondering if there was any thoughts on a Dads (or Mums) and Lads group this year?
My 13 yr old has been showing a lot of interest in the noble art of bikepacking and would like him to come along. I know something along these lines occurred last year.
Thanks in advance.
Adam.

I stood up last year mate even though my son got injured the week before and couldn’t make it but I’ve just had Mail off a man from down under who maybe coming back for the wrt so I won’t be doing it this year , to be honest it’s easy enough to knock up a short route think we done 12 mile on Saturday 25 Sunday and 6 on the Monday , if you get stuck for handy little spots to kip I’ll forward the fox of last year too you although it may not be of my use with this years gr’s

Cheers for the reply Stu.
Be good to see Scott there though.
I’m sure we’ll work something out!

If Scott hangs around with the tramps will he be able to go slow enough for us? (the riding not the quaffing)

Who’s that then Reg, my boy?
He’s not the fastest admittedly, but is prepared to rough it. If you know where I’m coming from!!!
You sorting out an LHC out again then?

Can't remember Artie - you the Spinal Tap fan? "It's such a fine line between stupid, and clever". Amazingly Mike McKean is playing a character in Good Omens on telly at the moment.

(edit: what am I saying? of course you are! "I'm not asking, I'm telling you - kick my ass!!" :-bd )
