Starwood/G-One type tyre for 26"

Post by dlovett »

Can anybody suggest a fast tyre that is something like a Starwood or G-One, but comes in a 26x-26.2.5.

I'm vaguely about taking a different bike to Cabin Fever this year and wanted to see what options there are out there,

TIA

Schwalbe do a few with potential - I've not used any of them other than a 2.35 crazy bob on my BMX, but that was fast rolling and smooth.

Crazy bob 26*2.35
Big Apple 26*2.35
Fat Frank
Super moto-x 26"2.4

Continental Speed King RaceSport are about as light and fast as you will get:

-black / 27.5x2.2 : 445 g
-black / 29x2.2 : 465 g

On bike-components.de for 30EUR...
