Two things spring to mind:

Google gives you different search results depending on who you are, i just get a lot of "toe straps" to deal with corns, bunnions and broken toes. Clearly I need to spend more time at Torture Garden.

If you search for that image it comes back as a $380 pair of virtual shoes for secondlife, they're not even real
