Just pulled the trigger on Ribble Adventure Ti bike as an early Christmas / Birthday pressie to myself
So excited can’t wait for it to arrive!

Nice. :-bd

Did you go and try one for size? I'm strongly considering buying something very similar in the new year.

You're lucky, Ive being waiting nearly 12 months for a steel one to review - in fairness, I gave over asking after the first 6 months.

I was having trouble deciding between the Adventure Ti or the CGR Ti for a while. Went with the CGR in the end as I felt it was a bit more versatile and suitable for my use but the Adventure is a lovely looking bike.

That's very relevant to my interests Neil. Is that what you're randonneurring on? How's it been?

Yes I went and tried for size, went medium.

I too have been juggling whether to go for cgr or Ad Ti but in the end felt that my needs were best met with the AdTi’.

It's what I will be randonneuring on. I have been waiting for new wheels to arrive and I have swapped the saddle, seat post and bar and didn't want to risk a long one without being 100% on the setup. Actually just got back from it's first 20km tonight and ready to tape the bar now. Got a few shorter rides planned in the next few weeks but hoping to use it for it's first 200km, December 7th.
