Patches on frame bags

I have recently got the urge to do something with the patches from events that I have earnt over the years and decided that adorning my frame bag, saddle pack, bar roll etc. would be a suitable place to put them. However, I don't really want to stitch anything to a waterproof bag for obvious reasons.

I had been thinking that glueing them would be the best bet, some sort of fabric glue I suppose. Any suggestions?
