Any thoughts on Stan's Crest Mk3 rims? to be used with a 2.1-2.3 fast rolling 29" tyre for general XC, ITT's and the like. I was tending towards DT Swiss Equivilents, but they are about 60g heavier, more expensive and difficult to find in the UK.
I have Mk1/2 crests on my HT and Mk1/2 on the susser and neither have even given issues.

Just rode the Tuscany trail on the latest Arch.

If you are a lightweight on narrow tyres I see no reason not to use the crest. My 2.35 looks nice on the arch mind.
