Seems Decathlon are doing away with their rubber strap type bottle cage mounts. This is very much like the Monki cage mount. Much better in my opinion.

The Monki bobbins things are Monki original, not Decathlons.

Couldn't find them on the decathlon website - do you have a link?

Thanks for the links.

Decathlon need to improve their search engine, as that doesn't come up when searching for 'bottle cage' or 'bottle'
Couldn't find it by looking through the various departments, either.

That seems more like a new product rather than a replacement for the strap version.

When I checked online it said not available and only limited stocks in store, maybe I've jumped the gun. Anyway, I much prefer the new one as I never liked the strap version much.

I picked up 2 at my local store yesterday, if anyone wants me to get any, they had plenty of stock. They are well engineered and will fit up to 40mm diameter tubing so Rockshox suspension fork lowers. Getting them back to the UK could be sorted by one of the SC2C riders but you'd need to wait a couple of weeks until they are back.
