Reg will be along shortly to stick a few pins in his johnclimber voodoo doll though, to be fair, he also goaded Thor last week, so he won't have a wheel to balance on. I'm still bringing every stitch of cycle clothing I own and will make my decisions as to what goes into my seat bag at midday on Saturday.
I'm just going outside ...

The BBC forecast is more optimistic about temps than XCWeather....
I think I might be rethinking some kit choices and going back to some winter options.

Out of curiosity, will you be at the WRT, on the Rove you're selling?

Just done a little test packing. My winter sleep system ups my handle bar bag from 2.4kg to 3.7kg, and increases general faffiness all round.
According to the BBC overnight temps don't drop below 5*c, which is fine with my lighter setup. XCWeather says 1*c, which is ok but requires the winter setup. MET weather app also gives a "feels like" temp of -6*c, which is not ok, at all!

So I just woke up (we live near Bishops castle and can see a few of the grid refs from our house) and there is a dusting of snow on Corndon....!
