Just got back inside from picking almonds (it's a dirty job etc) and saw it hadn't gone due to my incompetence. Fixed now.

And we're off. 4 riders collected from various airports and all 5 staying at Ernesto's ready for the off tomorrow. Weather set fine, can't wait.

Just a note for anyone planning to ride this in the near future, which I know is unlikely given 2 weeks quarantine when you get back. The beautiful suspension bridge over the turquoise river Tajo/Tagus has been damaged by vandals and is closed atm, it's possible to ford just downstream, nothing to those used to Welsh or Scottish crossings but to be considered after heavy rain. Here's a photo to remind those who came last Sept of happier times.
