So far I've been just throwing my weight on every month on a rnadom date but noticed it was once mentioned that theres a database of info being compiled and published..

Now I just read the first post which mentions about 'The Weigh In" being the 1st of the month and then every friday...

So if I wanna play by the rules I need to do just that?? Then what happens ? :geek:
It was the first of January for those who fancied it being the whole year and then every Friday from then on.

But it's not a strict 'my way or the highway' system and so I just enter them as they come in.

It's easier for me if they all come in on a Friday, that's all.

Up to you.....

01-01-2019 - 115.7kg
04-01-2019 - 114.5kg
11-01-2019 - 113.9kg
18-01-2019 - 113.7kg
25-01-2019 - 114kg
01-02-2019 - 113.3kg
08-02-2019 - 114kg
15-02-2019 - 114.5kg
22-02-2019 - 114.9kg
01-03-2019 - 114.5kg

So.....after my screwed back incident you might recall I went for a nice ride least Friday to celebrate feeling better.

All went splendidly and I felt great until.....the next day the flu that I managed to dodge in January finally claimed me and I've been on my ass fighting that and a sinus infection ever since.

I've also had some work that's needed to be done and the kids are off school which I think prolonged my illness but I'm finally feeling mostly human again.

And just as I'm better Mrs Gairy is away for two weeks on Sunday and so it's going to take some serious will power to not collapse into my well known terrible eating/drinking ways with no spousal conscience here to watch me :???:

Hmmm....?

01.01.19 - 98.2kg
04.01.19 - 98.1kg.
11.01.19 - 99.0kg
18.01.19 - 97.9kg
25.01.19 - 98kg
03.02.19 - 97.6kg
10.02.19 - 96.9kg
01.03.19 - 97.9kg .... this is getting monotonous but again I suspect it has something to do with not giving myself time to cook and going out a couple of times. Not to mention a weekend bivvy where food and drink were high on the agenda. Back at it then.
I'm just going outside ...

08.01.19 - 86.7 kg
30.01.19 - 85.9 kg
17.02.19 - 85.3 kg
05.03.19 - 86.6 kg

I am just back from a weeks all inclusive skiing trip so feeling bloated, so going to actively try to drop 4 kg rather than hover around the 85 - 86.5 kg range. Not tried to actively shed a few Kg since this time last 2 years ago so will see how it goes.

Not if they eat the crayons. Or use them to create large murals in the lounge. This can lead to spousal issues when aforementioned wife gets back from her jolly. Not that I have experience of that. Honest.

04/01/19 - 70.0kg
---
01/03/19 - 68.7kg (-0.1kg)
08/03/19 - 68.2kg (-0.5kg)

Rest week, so it's been quite tough to keep the calorie intake low enough. Seem to have done OK though.

Morning all,

I've entered everything so far but still no closer to finding time to do a pretty graphic - many apologies!

As for me..... I've had lovely week of solo parenting with a sick baby and two other evil offspring to attend to and I've not managed to do a single bit of exercise and my eating had gone to sh1t as it's just been grab what I can when I can.

So I was dreading this morning weigh-in but then I realised there was a solution.....

.....I decided to simply not with myself this week :-bd

I know it's not going to be good and rather than see the damage I'm going to stick my head in the sand, put my fingers in my ears and shamelessly hide from reality - jobs a good 'un!

So keep them coming and I'll get everything done and then re-join with my own numbers next week.
