172.2/78.1

About as heavy as I ever get. Not really thought about a target. 158 (72) would be good, 154 (70) would be great.

I have a target of 70kg in time for the HT550. I'll be using the service of weight watchers as the only way I can loose weight is to keep a diary of everything I eat and drink with weekly ritually humiliation of the group session. I'll be having my first official weigh on the 9th but I suspect I'm currently around 78kg. We all have our own journey

Ok, twelve of us in so far - it seems Santa was far too generous to far too many of us this/last year

Let's see how many more we get at the Friday weigh-in and then we'll really be cooking on gas.

So far, so good for me. Stuck to all my new self-imposed rules today and even managed a nice 4km run in the sun - win!

Right then, who's ready to face the scales of doom in the mornin'?

If anything it's a positive thing to weigh-in massive tomorrow as it'll be easier to shift that excess with a little effort and self-love from now on.

Good luck one and all!!!

Not entirely sure how effective shifting weight with "self-love" is...

(non)Judgement day is upon us.

A good few days for me since the year began.

01-01-2019 - 115.7kg
04-01-2019 - 114.5kg

Boom! So it begins.....

Who knew that simply laying off the insane Christmas excess consumption would lead to weight loss - go figure???

Though annoyingly I cricked my neck yesterday afternoon (whilst participating in the extreme sport of watching Harry Potter on the sofa with a sick 7 year old) so no exercise for a few days for me

Good luck everyone!

Right ...

01.01.09 - 98.2kg
04.01.09 - 98.1kg.

I think I'm going to just stick to metric. I don't actually understand what 216 pounds "feels" like. But I know that 98.1kg is 8.1kg over my fighting weight and feels very heavy for me.

So what's everyone having for breakfast?
I'm just going outside ...

1.1.19: 86.9 kg
4.1.19: 84.6 kg :o

Bit of a cheats start. Weighed in the evening on the first and morning after a wee today!

On the plus I have been good. No more cream, portion control, zero added sugar.

Breakfast = 40g muesli, semi- milk, tablespoon raisins, 2 tablespoons ground flax, full fat yogurt. Pretty filling, surprisingly tasty.
If you are going through hell, keep going.

109kg / 240lb well its a starting point

Goal is 82kg or 180lb

I seriously don't know how I'm going to manage. I can't exercise for the foreseeable and the meds (stations and betablockers) leave me with no appetite, but I'm clearly not losing weight despite that.

I guess all I can do is try in the meantime. Limiting calories to 1800-2000 and keeping the carbs low, but not necessarily actually keto (under 100).
