TINAT 2019 | 15th - 16th June

Post by j.c.gillies »

For anyone that feels this way inclined, I've just posted some details of plans for next year TINAT rides. http://tinat.cymru/2018/10/21/tinat-2019/. As with this year, these are primarily audax rides and not mtb rides so the off-road/gravel content is minimal and rather technically benign. If you want a long distance off-road ride that tests your bike handling skills, then TINAT is not the place to look for it. I don't want to mis-sell these rides to anyone.

Unfinished business on the 400 after last year's light failure forcing an early retirement...

Audax rules / points system / etc appear to be the most complicated thing in cycling, so I'm not even going to pretend I understood anything on the web page. I suppose endurance cycling is not a very cerebral activity, so maybe all that stuff was created to keep the brains ticking over - beyond my simple mind!
