Not sure it does. The Rockgeist jobbie lets you attach feed bags on the side of the stem, as well as a top tube bag. I think I might be ordering one anytime about right now.

I wrap a loop of Velcro one-wrap around the stem then the stem cell straps just latch onto that. About £3 for a metre and that will do about five bikes

I find not using any type of feed bag negates the problem entirely, saving both money and the mental anguish.

The Revelate feedbag comes with a suitable strap for the stem. Is this not common?
