Yes they do.
No problems on my road bike. BB5 and Spyre caliper worked on a Kinesis carbon fork with 160mm rotor.
On my Krampus the angle is tight but a BB7 fits - just with either 180 or 203mm rotor. Problem is compounded by very off centre spoke holes on a Fatlab 55 rim.
With a Love Mud Juice on the same bike and rim a Spyke caliper would not fit at all and a BB7 required a little love from a Dremel to get clearance.
On a 26er Thorn with Magura Odur fork there was bags of clearance.
If you are going through hell, keep going.

I had it with an SP hub. Solution is to space the disc away from the hub.

e.g. Hope 6 Bolt Hub Disc Spacer https://g.co/kgs/iuZJyZ

Plus one for the above solution, again with an sp hub, but I used m5 stainless washers to shim it.
