I rode past there some years ago (I think it was this bothy) when I made the daft decision to take my bike for a walk through the Lairig Ghru. There were some dispirited kids looking very soggy heading there for the night after a days walking. Either a DofE group or the Scottish equivalent that name escapes me just now...

Saw that on the beeb today. Corour Bothy has always been a target of bawbags. When I first visited it in 1987 it was surrounded by litter and sh*t.....
The odd thing it its a real trek to get there (and an even harder one to the Tarf hotel) which you'd think would put off the tossers....
I suspect the growing popularity / publicity of bothies is to blame and I do wonder if the various camping bans popping up around the central highlands are displacing the wankers to bothies....

The Bothy facebook pages yesterday showed a group of lads standing on top of the entrance porch of Ryvoan
Some knobbish toss shuffle behaviour going on but nothing a good size 10 book in the gonads wouldn't put right
