Divided screening in Sheffield

Post by ianfitz »

10th May introduced by Cotter and the Craigie.

Divided is the tale of Lee Craigie and Rickie Cotter racing/not racing the Tour Divide.

Thanks to Recycle bikes and Heeley development trust for help with a top venue

The excellent brothers arms is adjacent and the sheaf view is close too.

Both great pubs. Will check on the BYO arrangements as visiting the venue tomorrow

Went to see it in Edinburgh. Really enjoyed it especially the Q&A session afterwards.

Is this from the trip where one of them came on here to have a hissy fit about "not being judged" or somesuch?

If it is are they better than that (one) post implies?

Genuine question. My lad likes all the adventure film stuff and Sheff' is just down the road.

Went to see it in Edinburgh too and really enjoyed it especially the Q&A session afterwards too.

I'll not be using hissy fit but, yes, you are right that there was a discussion about it and a twitter interaction. I think the film is well worth going to see as is the Q&A

Looking like there will be local ale and good food available at the venue. TBC

Just had a visit today. It’s a lovely space in a really well converted Victorian school.

Cheers, good to know

I was referring to the post on here in the Divide-watching-wittering thread. Call it what you will (potato/potato), just wanted to make sure they weren't another Doug Scott (IMO, from just one lecture once - but blimey ).
