Looking to get some tubeless gravel type tyres, at the smoother end of the spectrum, and was after some advice on what's good now....

Probably after 35c, already got 700 wheels so not after 650b tyres. Looking for something light and able to roll fast on the road, but be able to stand gravel tracks. I'll also have a set of cx tyres for winter mud, so don't need to worry to much about that side of things.

Just got some Nanos to go up nicely tubeless and they'd fit the bill - I got nothing but good things to say about them in the last year or so of use.

Panaracer Gravel King slicks/file tread aren't labelled tubeless but go up just fine. Available in a range of widths. The Schwalbe G Ones are supposed to be low drag, WTB Riddlers come in a 37c too.

G ones have been good for me on anything solid; gravel, tarmac, hardpack etc. Roll very nicely.
Not happy in anything gloopy (mud, snow etc.) but it doesn't sound like you're after gloop tyres.

I've a set of WTB Riddlers in 37C size. I run them tubeless - one went up easily, the other ... They handle off-road easily enough but I've not done anything too hard but the off-road did include some mud, they roll well enough on road as well.

Been using G ones for a few k miles now, they do roll really well. In not convinced on their puncture resistance tbh, and I've been rising mostly road on them with the super snakeskin or whatever ones they were. Gonna try Mr storms tyres next I thinks.

Thanks for the advice... G one look interesting, but possibly a bit fragile and spendy for the tubeless versions - do the normal ones work tubeless at all?
Panaracer gravel king were one of the ones I had in mind, or possibly the sk version so nice to hear that they would work.

Nanos might be too big, I'll wait until the new frame arrives on Monday and measure up.

Similar requirement here, although thinking maybe 38-40c.
Used a Panaracer GK before and it was OK, with no punctures and reasonable balance between grip and drag, if a bit heavy. Thinking about the G-one next; Bite (front) / Allround (back) might work for road / dry trail mix. Would put 2.1 MTB 659b tyres on for proper off-road trips.

Has anyone tried Vittoria hyper voyagers? Not a lot of tread, but all reviews seen to point to speedy, comfy and ok tubeless. It's just if they'd survive use on rough tracks?

G-Ones for me. I managed to get the supposedly non-tubeless 'Performance Line' ones tubeless on my rims (also non-tubeless). Remarkable amounts of grip considering the small knobbles.

They were my commute tyres before trying the adventure trails as winter approached. Haven't tried them tubeless but they are definitely 2-3kph faster average compared to the ATs! No issues with undue numbers of punctures or fast wear rate, etc.

I have a pair of Terrene Elwood. They go on tubeless very easily and come with standard or tough casings. I opted for the tough to be safe so have no experience of the standard. Faith cheap at PlanetX.

The Ellwood look interesting - how fast do they roll on road, as I'd be commuting on them and it's about 75% tarmac...

Me and quite a few others i know run the Hypers. Love em. Cope with everything except mud and wet grass.

Light, cheap, really fast, fat, and most run them ghetto tubeless.

They roll quite well. Better than the CX tyres I had one. I will be using them for the Torin Nice Rally, which is around 75% asphalt.

Ta, I've ordered a set of Elwoods and a set of hyper voyagers.

Fitted some 43mm Panaracer Gravel King SKs to my ti bike in preparation for the WRT. Bit of a struggle to get on the rims (Crests), but they went up first time with no sealant and stayed inflated. Measured up at 42mm inflated to 40 psi on a 21mm internal rim. Going to take it over to Claerwen and the Elan Valley next week to see how they cope with a bit of gravel and experiment with tyre pressures.
