I've no comment to make on your post but I'm very happy with the service and product that comes out of Scotland from Trekkertent

Maybe there is something on there for you http://www.trekkertent.com/home/

First question I'd ask myself is - why do I want cuben?

Not knocking cuben but it's only material, it's not magic as some people think.

magic that it does not absorb water,my sil nylon tarp weighed twice as much in the morning when it was wet from the rain

I find a few minutes of shaking will have a sil tarp virtually dry. PU coated nylon can take a while to dry out though.

In answer to your original question Matt, the ZPack stuff is very good. A Hexamid or even pocket tarp would probably suit what you're after.

Looking at this with interest.

Been wanting a pocket tarp and bathtub for months but I reckon it's around £250 to get it here... ouch.

Trekkertent Steath 1.5 is on my radar, I like that it is modular and the weights are good.

But that pocket tarp is calling me.
