Holy crap - the Mrs thinks I'm obsessed, but there are some serious addicts here!

Not including kids bikes:

Peugeot 'racer' 10 speed
Marin fully rigid MTB, V brakes
Sunn Revolt HT (stolen)

* didn't ride much, then stared triathlon

Giant TCR road bike (on its way out)
Cervelo P3C TT bike
Marin Mt Vision FS

* Got into XC for a bit

Cannondale Scalpel
On One whippet (Alfine, then SS, now cannibalised for parts)

Rock Lobster Ti HT (stolen)
cervelo RS

* then bikepacking

Radon Black Sin 29er HT - now with a Lauf
Travers (rebuilt as Plus, Rigid, Rohloff)
Salsa Spearfish (split pivot)
Open U.P. Gravel Bike (in build)

Those in bold I still have.
All I want now is a nice mid-travel trail bike for alpine riding.

I think I'm done buying bikes for a while. I'm currently downsizing, to spend more time riding and less time with a spanner/soapy sponge in hand...

Some thing I had when I was a kid
(skip 15 years)
Specialized Hardrock (frame written off in a crash and bits transplanted to a ...)
Orange Clockwork
(skip another few years)
Specialized Stumpjumper FSR
Commencal Meta 5
On One Inbred
Kona Sutra
Chinese Ti frame off ebay - The Onion
Focus Cayo
Ragley mmmbop
Ragley Ti
9Zero7 Fatbike
Cube GTC Agree
Santa Cruz Blur XC
Van Nicholas Amazon
Salsa El Mariachi
Burls Ti hardtail
Ragley Marley
Pact Ti Hardtail
Orbea Occam AM

Some of the order might be wrong. The majority have been bought in the past 13 years. I was lucky enough to work in a bike shop for a while and that let me swap things around a bit. Many of the builds used transplanted components rather than being bought as complete bikes.

Dave, strong list going there
More Kona love from my side, ca. 22 years biking of 36. Bikepacking for about 13 y, started this with a mates Kona fs.

MTB
Noname steel, rigid
Noname, same as above
Heavy Tools, steel, rigid
Kona Sex Too, fs
Cyclecraft CSP, fs
Cyclecraft A1 proto, fs
Kona Stab Primo, fs
Kona Stab Supreme, fs
Kona Coilair Deluxe, fs
Devinci Wilson, fs
Mondraker Summum, fs
Scott Genius LT, fs
Muru Wintjira Classic, rigid fat
BMC Fourstroke, fs
KHS Solo SE, rigid, ssp
Bold Linkin Trail LT, fs
Kona HeiHei DL, fs
Surly Krampus, rigid ssp

Road? Thin tyres?
None. Ever.

I tend to use them till they go kaputt in some way and never had two bike for similar purposes. Oldest serving is the Muru, yet it only sees snow and ice. Putting the Surly Krampus together right now, using most of the parts from the KHS.
