Sadly not an issue most of us have  But I'm sure its just as much an issue for you.

I struggle to understand what it's like for people to say 'I can't eat enough'. I've been on forums where people have said 'how do I manage to eat as much as 1500cals' and I wonder how they can eat so little and be actively training.

I should have stopped the intermittent fasting for a few weeks (but I've read that can help heal injuries etc too).

Problem is, I'd eat at 5pm, train for a couple of hours, then not eat again until 9pm or later. Especially if I got busy (it's been a crazy few weeks) and didn't start training until like half eight.

I could have done it if I'd just ordered a pizza / kebab or something, but I also didn't want to eat too much crap. =/

Yeah, I've been thinking about some fasting as a last ditch attempt to hammer the inflammation from my op. Even getting back to no sugar no grains properly should help, but my heads not been in it lately...

No weigh in from me this week, on a C2C trip. Got to the top of Hartside and the wind came in like a demon and had to walk most of the descent to avoid getting blown off the bike in crosswinds.

A decent week of activity and (mostly) restraint.

After last weeks big ride I then did a hike/run with the kids, did a 3 hour skate session (also with kids), a nice big night ride with the guys and then another lap of lake Geneva yesterday.

I'm broken physically and emotionally right now (only got home after yesterday's ride at about midnight) but feeling quite pleased with myself.

Ain't no way I'm looking at the scales this morning!

Brother-in-laws birthday party last night and I may have accidentally endrinken'd six pints of something that disagrees with me.

My head is less than entirely functioning right now so I'll give it a few hours and then see what the damage is.....

28/09 67.7 (149.2)
05/10 67.7 (149.2)
19/10 66.9 (147.5)

A good week followed by 4 days of full English breakfasts and 50-60k of cycling per day and then another good week. On Monday though I was 68.1 so the dip below 67 might just be temporary again

OK, depressing result of 229.2lb. At least I can cap it before 230.

Let's see how close to 200 I can get by Christmas. It's not going to be easy with my current inactivity/inability to walk and cycle. Managed three 5 minute spins yesterday and three 15 minute walks, woo hoo!

Back on the low carb wagon for me and head extracted out of the arse time!

19/10 66.9 (147.5)
26/10 66.9 (147.5)

Actually managed to maintain this week by having a much higher protein / lower carb week - still way too much sugar though.
