22.6lb down, so 237.4lb and I have upped my intake somewhat.

I did do 11 hours cycling last week (5 hour ride powered on cornedbeef), a few hours walking and a weights session though.

Still at 281.4lbs, I have been pretty ill for the past two weeks, struggling to clear a nasty flu bug, I have abandoned commuting this month, hoping I can recover to ride more in the next week.

19.1.18 - 108.7kg - slow progress but still progress - first main goal just another ~8 weeks away ;-)
26.1.18 - 108.3kg - need to get back on the wagon

107.4kg - weight loss does not continue..... must try harder to stick to plan!

Moder-dye wrote:Out of interest what calculation did you use for your calculations?

This one seems good http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ but it also show that I'm massively under eating too.

3361 to maintain weight with 3-5 hours exercise a week

2689 at 20% deficit to loose 69lb in a year.

I'm actually currently on 1900-2200 according to my fitness pal and actually exercising around 7-10 hours a week but not replacing those exercised calories. MFP has me supposed to be eating only 1780 a day which is even lower. Exercise is around 5-6 hours Turbo ( bloody weather) , 3-4 hours walking and 1 hour free weights. So could easily be in your boat soon ...
I always go on 2250 base calories and then plus exercise from garmin, but make sure all number in garmin and MFT are right. then. -10%
As other have said, to low and you yoyo when you over eat or you feel like sub standard if not enough going in.

206.5
201.1
199.6
203.6 29/1/18
206.7 05/01/18 But sleeping so much better and generally feeling 100% improvement. Now I can start with -10% and see how it works out :)

06/01/2018 - 67.6kg
13/01/2018 - 67.3kg (-0.3kg)
20/01/2018 - 67.0kg (-0.3kg)
27/01/2018 - 66.8kg (-0.2kg)
10/02/2018 - 67.3kg (+0.5kg) - Given I came back from Barcelona 3kg heavier, this isn't as bad as it looks!

Target 1, 15/03/2018: 63kg.

That target isn't going to happen. Maybe 64kg is possible, but who knows. Might be time to actively restrict some calories rather than focus on performance.

Just to say don't worry if anyone struggles, for what ever reason, to weigh in, just post your weight when you can and I'll log it to the nearest weigh in date.

108.4 Kg tried suggestions from 99percentchimp and managed to hit the gym three times while working away. Felt like I had lost more, jeans looser etc. But only a small loss. Still feel better for it though and that’s a good thing :-bd on,on.

235lb for me, another 2.5lb down and 25lb altogether

Not so much exercise this week (headcold and sinuses) , a tandoori mixed grill and ribs on Tuesday night for my wife's birthday and had my daily cals at 2300-2500, but it doesn't seem to have slowed the keto fat burning machine much.

Hope its good news for youse too :-bd

Edit. Did a mahoosive dump last night and 233lb this morning! So -4.5lb and 27lb
