Looking for a good first time 1 to 2 day trip with a wild camp

Hi All,
Working on fitness and ( lots ) of weight loss at the moment, early next spring or thereabouts I would like to begin a bikepacking adventure. 1 to 2 days with a wild camp
Can you recommend a route either Northumberland or East Scotland, mostly MTB off road stuff ? Easy to moderate. My boys want to start bikepacking but I want to check a couple of routes/ equipment etc first.
Any advice very welcome
