It's a real shame. We definitely need to come up with some sort of alternative as for me it was a huge part of the whole experience (possibly because I'm a drunkard).

I was saying this myself. Not that you're a drunkard. I am. But the night before beers and food is gone :(

I'm stopping at The Aleppo in Carno. I'll see what it's like for a possible alternative for next year.

There's a public car park opposite the Wynnstay, with a loo and everything. I know Alex, I've forgotten the name of the chap who was with him, parked up there and made full use of the pub. You might get woken by boy racers though, although I heard nowt from my bed at the back of the pub.
There are theories at the bottom of my jargon.

well, my bike plan has just gone in down the loo. Ruled out my hardtail as the chain is a little past its wear and I really dont want to ruin an expensive cassette. I dont have another, or have time to get another (at a reasonable price)
Soo, having just packed it, I need to either go gravel (2.3 tyres) or full suspension (need a rucksack which I hate) or pull the kit off it and singlespeed (which I am very tempted to do even though I know I am not really strong enough for that)

On the grounds that it's probably now or never I have booked a room at the Wynnstay arms for Friday night the landlady said Bearbones by any chance

I might try and drop into the Wynnstay for a pint on Friday if there’s going to be a few BBers in.

But how will the wolves find you if you're not properly lit up?
