I left work the other night bags packed, so I left my van at work and went for a bivi and why not.

Well here is a little film of the over night trip.

Hope you enjoy.

Nice little film!
I'd not worry too much about the camera, all looked perfectly clear and visible to me.

Very cute little film. Nice one. I'm always amazed that folk with cameras do this stuff, stopping, walking 100 yards up the road, turning on the camera, walking back, then riding up ... I barely have the motivation to take a few photos on my phone let alone the commitment to make a whole film. I'm very glad you do though - really enjoy watching. Merci et chapeau!!!

Looks ace.
Where is it?
Looks like Delamere?
And the last bit peddling along the A556?

It's Formby woods. I was out photographing the shooting stars last month.
Not been to delamere for ages as most of the best trails now have lodges on them.☚ī¸

The Fargo is still going strong.

Love it, are you still getting out and about.

Not bivi'ed in my local Formby woods since the first lockdown and all the bad press of the fly campers which caused much unease.

I guess it's improved a bit now as the rangers have done their best to stop it and the cops in the helicopters with night view cameras are doing their normal stuff again, so with the nights drawing in I'll head back there soon

Cheers was great to make.

New film coming soon, just looking for ideas for a two night bivi.

It's all about stealth and leaving it like you found it.

If you stay at the ainsdale side it's not used as much, and has more sneeky trails.
