Wow!
Certainly looks different :-bd
We go out into the hills to lose ourselves, not to get lost. You are only lost if you need to be somewhere else and if you really need to be somewhere else then you're probably in the wrong place to begin with.

There was no choice, we had to update and this is sort of it - colour might change yet though.

Looks OK to me :-bd I've got used to it in under a minute and I usually avoid change when it comes to computers. It seems to look better than the old version on my mobile as it now has the avatars and signatures which I don't remember seeing before?

Oh - some feedback if I may?

Clicking on the header image no longer takes us to the BB website, only the forum. So, no Shop/Events etc.

https://bearbonesbikepacking.co.uk/

I understand this may already be in hand.

(and while we're at it, is there an archive of the newsletters anywhere (preferably searchable)? I've always thought that would be handy).

First impression looks good, clean and easy to read. However, there used to be an 'Active threads' list which amalgamated active threads from all sub-sections; I can't see this now. I used this as it was an easy way to read through the most recent posts without having to go back and forwards to the individual sub-sections.

Quick Links - Unread Posts or Quick Links - Active Topics

I think does the same thing.

Thanks for the feedback, always welcomed. The link is now restored (they'd moved the file where to add it so had to go exploring).

A new site is in the pipeline, so that feature should be available then. We'll try and add back dated newsletters if we can. As they say 'Watch this space' :-bd
