Winter camp Lakes content

Post by postierich »

Good excuse to get out and try my thermerest it passed with flying colours. Short ride to the ODG for some liquid refreshment before the climb of pain to the camp spot one I have been meaning to do for a while, lots of spots in the wood but opted for the scenic option. Dash back to the van to pick up my gnar bike for some stunning snowy Lakes riding 25 miles.

Is that Blea Tarn? It was chuffing cold there this morning - cleats kept choking with snow & ice. Did you see the bridleway between Little Langdale and Tilberthwaite has been repaired?
