I've just arrived at home. I turned of the route near Alport. I'd had no brakes for a while. Just metal plates the spares didn't last long either.... So rode to Bakewell on the road then had a kebab, chips and coke. Lovely :) Then rang the wife I told her I was coming home. Rode back to Barber Booth...

I'll be parking up near Barber Booth before pootling down to the start for 10am. Nice day for a bike ride

Goretex Paclite going for £45 on CRC. I got one they are cut quite slim. I sized up the same as for a Gore top if that's any use.
