It is indeed the NeoAir that I use, full and 3/4. I have also got an Alpkit inflatable and that is also easy to inflate.
The NeoAir comes with the bag thing to inflate mind, but I have not used it apart from testing at home.

They are wrong. Either something is lost in translation or MDVP chose not to practice the course.
