A pair of Velochampion leg warmers. No idea on quality or whether I'll like them but not expensive so worth a try. Starting as I mean not to Carry on. Sat in the bath with a very big bowl of Port trifle(*. :YMPARTY: 31/12/21 (77.6.)(+1.6kg) or 12 st 2lb 1/2 01/22 (78.2.)(+0.6kg) or 12 st 3+lb 07/01/22 77.2kg (-0.6kg) or 12st2 - 1lb, tried to be good, active but no exercise... target to be leaner and loose a few...

It wasn't that my knees were sore, they were mildly uncomfy, with the odd twinge; my right wrist was also unhappy by the end of the ride.. ..... . I'm also ust back for an afternoon wander with my wife, where I stumbled around the countryside for a bit like a geriatric, while my legs and lower back...

i had a look on the internet today for a 2 x set up to replace the rohloff with. so i would need the following. 1 x new rear hub or complete wheel. 1 x 12 spd rear mech 1 x 12 spd cassette 1 x 12 spd chain 1 x 12 spd shifter I found a few. with the new hub or wheelbuild it would run out about £500....
