Acepac Saddle Bag large (16L) grey. Brand New

Bought this for my son however is too big for his new bike and doesn't give enough clearance between the bottom of the harness and the tyre. It's brand new, still with labels on. This one: https://www.addnature.co.uk/acepac-saddle-bag-M124223.html?vgid=G653702&_cid=21_1_-1_9_4280_653702__pla&...

Re: help me find my Garmin maps - please!

It is an unlocked copy of the OS 1-50 purchased through Amazon (I think?) so not a genuine card. If the SD card is mounted to a computer the maps show correctly in Basecamp ? yes No GPS connected to the computer. No With BC open and showing the map, remove the SD card. Does the map disappear? Yes Ma...

Hi Steve, just the one map my TOPO 1-50 GB all the others are there. I've searched the Garmin SD card and it says they aren't there. When I plug the SD card into basecamp they show up (in Basecamp). I've tried selecting and sending the TOPO file to the SD card and it says that TOPO Great Britain doe...

The maps on my 1030 (SD card) have disappeared. They don't show any longer at all, not even to enable/disable. Yet when I plug it into Basecamp they show as being on my card?
Any ideas?

What do we think about this? I’m wondering if it works with the battery pack added. Could be very tempted if the price wasn’t so high.
Surely you'd only need that if you were racing........

Alpkit Kloke bivy. New SOLD

Bought this and it's been unused ever since. Dry run yesterday and decided it's not for me.
It's a big bag, loads of room yet weighs only 280g. Comfortably takes a long Thermatest. It's the lighter colour green. I have somehow lost the stuff stack

You know when you volunteer to do some thing and end up regretting it? This is currently me. ‘For a friend’ I’m building a Stooge Scrambler with SRAM 1x12 AXS electronic wizardry. It’s not working out so we’ll. It really doesn’t like shifting between gears 12 and 11 or 11 and 12, ie the problem is ...

Re: eBikes for the ladies?

Your not wrong. They are a lot around second hand and normally some good discounts on last year's or year before models. Mainly just a difference in paint colours Vado's the flat bar version and cheaper. Just double check geometry, they come up small so probably want a larger size than you'd normall...

Re: eBikes for the ladies?

Dave, take a look at the Specialized Creo. They do both alloy and carbon versions in a road and 'evo' configuration. 'Evo' has a dropper post and wider tyres, that's the only difference. Both the frame's (road/evo) are the same and will easily take 47mm tyres. My understanding is that once you go pa...

Like many others here I don't have what I would call real insomnia however 30 years of shift work destroyed my body clock to such a point the only way to get more than two hours sleep was to "drop a zop" particularly when having finished a night shift. This was very much a last resort for ...
