got some alpkit vouchers for xmas so treated myself to possum frame bag and cockpit bundle. they turned up today so like a kid could'nt wait to fit them. got fri - mon off work so 1st BAM of the year awaits..

Good read....I bought same bike in october , not used it yet (had bronchitis) , getting it ready for this weekends first overnighter. Changed the handlebars for some alpkit confucious ones and frame bag ..cant wait..

Just picked up New ramin 3+ using work cyclescheme ..happydays

Plan is to go tuesday morning, bike up to skipton camp over then ride back next day..question is are the tunnels at gannow and foulridge easy to cross.

01/12 on the last night of Jan,,Didn't think would do it but quick late night ride to the mother in laws garden ... phew...chucked it down all night and morning...was worth it though had a good nights kip.

Just throw your bivvy bag ont' floor in next doors garden ... you don't have to go out there till bedtime and you'll be having breakfast at home. :wink: Sorted for tomorrow night.....cycling up to the wife's mums sleeping in garden....
