Re: New for Loop bar users.
New for Jones Loop bar users ... it's called a Gnarwhal, apparently. Designed for a nice aero tuck or spearing other riders, so a multi-use item :-bd http://singletrackworld.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/1/files/2015/09/Gnarwhal.gif How weird is that? I was just out for my first training ride preparing ...

Re: Fat bike curious. What would you recommend
Smart looking bike john. Cheers for the tips about the oo. I'm not knocking the On One Fatty, I had one for 12 months and it's perfect for technical trails and trail centres for rides up to 6 hours. I sold it because I wasn't using my trail bikes because I was always on the Fatty. Anything else go ...

Re: Fat bike curious. What would you recommend

I'll second this quo...

When have Bike Packers worried about fashion?
I've got saddlebags on each and every bike, all loaded ready to ride out of the door, so I don't waste riding time faffing while looking for this and that.

John (and all), Am planning on posting something in the UK fatbikes forum about this but it fits here too..... I was thinking that it might be nice to see if we can't get a group together for a winter Jura fatbikepacking trip. It's a very quick drive up into the hills from Geneva airport (cheap eas...

Please inspire me for a deep winter bivi which is something I've not done yet.
Please show me your bivi's, tarps or tents set up in snow.
